1. Pokhara

Whether exploring the surrounding mountains or fishing on Lake Phewa, Pokhara days are full of enjoyable activities and explorations.
Everyone traveling to Nepal will agree that Pokhara is one of those gems you feel you need to revisit several times in your lifetime, and it's almost always included in their list of ' favorite cities. 'It's in mine for sure.This charming town on the lake offers a whole range of activities, from the famous paragliding cliff to hiring pedalos and fishing gear and having a relaxing day out on the lake.The attractions of Pokhara are infinite.Café rows align the beautiful Lake Phewa and are a nice place to laze in the sun and absorb the offered romantic scenery.Pokhara also offers the perfect opportunity to rent a bike and zoom off into the sunset to get a scintillating panoramic view of the lake from any of the surrounding mountains.I recommend that you drive up the mountain to the nearby village of Sarangkot, which is also nice to get lost and meet friendly locals.

2. Everest Base Camp

A remarkable achievement is the most iconic attraction in Nepal and one of the most daring feats in the world, climbing Mt Everest.

An hour away from Kathmandu, and just across the Bagmati River, you will find the beautiful temple-saturated town of Patan, an ancient town with a myriad of old brick lanes that lead to unimaginably beautiful squares and courtyards.In August I went to Patan and caught Krishna's atmospheric celebrations, where crowded Patan squares (pictured) were filled with people watching holy rituals and traditional reenactments.Like Kathmandu, the rooftop cafe's offered the perfect viewpoint to look at the electrifying scene after, of course, meandering through people's crowds and mixing in with the vibrant colors on display.

4. Annapurna Circuit

Trek one of the best-known circuits in Nepal and absorb the ridiculously beautiful Poon Hill scenery.
